Loved this mornings class with Lily! Can’t wait to book in again X

I truly loved this Pilates class! From the moment I walked in, everything felt peaceful, warm, and welcoming. Both Sophie and Lily’s guidance made each movement feel approachable, and their kindness created such a safe, comforting space. The flow was the perfect balance 💛 I’ll be back!
